"My daughter absolutely loves coming here for her lessons with Elin.
Every week she's incredibly excited for her lessons and always comes away smiling and having learnt something new.
I highly recommend Wrexham sounds to anyone looking to start lessons."

"My daughter looks forward to her sessions with Isabel and always comes out smiling and she can’t wait to show me what she has done.
I don’t think you all get enough recognition for what you do, it is a fantastic organisation, and on a personal level I will always be thankful for what you have done and what you do for my daughter through the wellbeing sessions."

"On behalf of our delighted residents and the team at Pendine, I just wanted to say a big thank you for arranging the magical music workshops for us at Pendine.
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed your visits, and we so appreciate you contacting Pendine in the first place.
You’ve all really helped enrich our residents’ lives and have had a positive , lasting impact on their wellbeing, for which we are so grateful.
Keep doing what you’re doing and if there is ever an opportunity to do something similar together in the future then that would be wonderful!"

"My daughter had previously started to learn the piano but lost interest. When we heard of Wrexham Sounds she decided to pick up learning again. During her time with Wrexham Sounds she has completed her piano grades 1-3 and is now working towards grade 4.
I cannot thank Elin enough for engaging, supporting and making lessons fun for her. I honestly feel that it’s not just attending lessons and learning an instrument but also therapy, giving her time to escape from every day life and school."

"Wrexham Sounds provides a fantastic, welcoming space for our young carers to explore music, build confidence and try new things.
The team are supportive, encouraging and brilliant at helping young people feel comfortable and included. We’ve seen our young carers grow in confidence and develop new skills through their sessions. We really value our partnership with Wrexham Sounds and the opportunities they provide."

"It’s wonderful to see the group of children engaging in music. They are showing so many skills that we don’t see in school.
Thank you so much for all your work with the group, it has been an amazing experience for us all and we look forward to joining you again next year."

"What a great team of talented musical tutors so glad I discovered this place. I’ve recommended so many others that have children with additional needs. My son has sensory issues that means he wears ear defenders he wouldn’t walk into a noisy room or take part in assemblies. What Charlotte and Rachel have done is normalise sounds and helped him cope so much better doing it slowly.
My other son loves his drumming sessions with Elin. She’s an amazing tutor. He has learnt so much and was playing songs confidently after a matter of months. Would highly recommend anyone to go there we have been so pleased."

"Our son has been having drum sessions with Elin since June 2024, after initially starting through a referral with Young Carers.
The sessions have been great, a good mix of formal learning and time to express himself. This has led to an opportunity to perform publicly with some other attendees, something we were very grateful for. Lots of good stuff happening here, if you try it, you’ll like it."
